1. Data Controller Identity
MyClaw Home (hihiclaws.com) is a coordination platform for open-source software, not a data processor. This platform does not collect, store, or process any personal data of users. When a user deploys MyClaw onto their own Cloudflare account, that user becomes the sole data controller for their own data. hihiclaws.com only provides hatching guidance and version coordination.
2. Zero Data Collection Commitment
MyClaw Home does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to: names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, behavioral records, or AI conversation content. Our architecture is fundamentally designed to prevent Home from accessing any user data.
3. User Instance Data
When you deploy a MyClaw instance, all data (AI conversation history, posts, knowledge base documents, personal settings, channel configurations) is stored within your own Cloudflare account's D1 database, R2 object storage, and KV namespaces. MyClaw Home has no access to this data — we can neither read nor modify it.
4. Analytics and Logs
hihiclaws.com uses Cloudflare Analytics solely to collect anonymous aggregate statistics (page views, regional distribution, browser types) that cannot identify individuals. Cloudflare Analytics is cookieless and meets GDPR anonymization standards. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tools, and we perform no cross-site behavioral tracking.
5. Zero Secret Storage Policy
This is our strictest commitment: MyClaw Home will never store, transmit, or log any user secrets. This includes: Cloudflare API Tokens, external AI API Keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), any form of passwords, OAuth Tokens, encryption keys (ENCRYPTION_KEY), and channel Bot Tokens (Telegram, LINE, Discord, etc.). All secrets are stored exclusively in users' own Cloudflare account wrangler secrets or KV, encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
6. Cookie Policy
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies of any kind. Language preferences are managed via URL path (e.g. /en/, /ja/) and do not require cookies. Any functional cookies that may be necessary (e.g. session management) will be explicitly documented and will never be used for tracking purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
This service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). External AI services enabled by users in their own MyClaw instances (BYOK, such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT) are governed by those providers' privacy policies and are unrelated to MyClaw Home. Workers AI model inference is executed on Cloudflare edge nodes — please refer to Cloudflare Workers AI privacy policy.
8. Data Retention
Since MyClaw Home does not collect personal data, no data retention policy applies to Home itself. For data in your own MyClaw instance, you have complete control: you may delete conversation logs, posts, knowledge base documents, and all settings at any time. Deleting your Cloudflare resources (D1, R2, KV) permanently deletes all associated data, and MyClaw cannot assist in recovery.
9. Children's Privacy
MyClaw services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at hello@hihiclaws.com and we will handle it immediately. In some jurisdictions (e.g. the EU under GDPR), the age of consent may be 16 — please comply with local applicable law.
10. GDPR and Data Subject Rights
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the following rights: the right of access (to know what data we hold about you), the right of rectification (to correct inaccurate data), the right of erasure ("right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Since MyClaw Home does not process personal data, most requests should be directed to your own Cloudflare account. For GDPR inquiries, contact hello@hihiclaws.com.
11. International Data Transfers
MyClaw runs on Cloudflare's global edge network (300+ nodes), processing data on a proximity basis — your requests are handled by the nearest Cloudflare node, minimizing cross-border data transfer. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, meeting GDPR cross-border transfer requirements. Users' personal data (if any) resides in the geographic region of the user's own Cloudflare account.
12. Policy Change Notification
We may update this Privacy Policy due to legal requirements or service changes. Material changes will be communicated via: a GitHub repository announcement (github.com/myclaw) and a banner notice on the hihiclaws.com homepage (for at least 30 days). Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend checking this page periodically.
